Absolutely shocking service - steer clear
Avoid at all costs!
I had a new boiler fitted in July by Glow Green who subcontracted out to Eco Heat Smart Solutions. Whilst the company director Matt was here, he offered to give me a quote for replacing all of my radiators. It seemed like a great offer so we agreed on a date, which was today. I had it confirmed via text and he emailed me with the design of the anthracite radiator I wanted which I approved.
On Thursday last week, I tried calling Matt, I messaged him and also called the office as I wanted to confirm all the details and had not heard from him. I rang again on Friday and even rang the Eco Heath Smart office number which always goes to voicemail and they never ring you back either. I ran again yesterday several times and left messages and texted as I wanted to confirm the arrival time and still no response. I also sent an email and asked my husband to ring to see if they answered him but again no joy.
I am so angry as if they had let me know that they weren’t coming I could have arranged for another heating company to come. I am now going to have to rearrange my new carpet fitting which was due Friday – it’s just unbelievably poor service and I can’t believe a company would treat customers like this especially when there are young children in the house. Absolutely shocking service.
And I don’t want anyone else to experience what I have been through.
