Brilliant next day delivery. Everything well packaged. Easy to use product with supportive video tutorials on website. All-round, very happy!

Good kit, easy to work out what was needed and fairly straightforward to use. The videos were helpful, but it did take a little working out. Good result and seems to work really well. Definitely reducing the summer heat in my conservatory, will have to wait and see the winter impact.

The Insulation was delivered very quickly. It was packaged well, and seems to be just what we wanted.

We have not tried to fit it yet, but it looks good so far.

I wanted to follow up regarding my recent order of 3 rolls of SuperQuilt. The delivery arrived a day late, and only 2 of the 3 rolls came at first — the third roll arrived separately the next day.

This caused a delay with the installation, as everything was already arranged with the workers to fit it, and it also resulted in additional costs on my side.

I'd also like to mention that the scissors I purchased are very poor quality for cutting the foil.

This was easy to buy, fast delivery with good timing.
This loft insulation is so clean and easy to use and so much nicer to handle and work with than so many of the nasty older style fibrous insulations.

I've had a great experience with Ecohome, from the ordering to the advice and query I had.
Communication was very good and delivery next day! Brilliant, I had too many UPVc cladding boards, and they arranged an uplift of the remaining and received a credit back for those returned.
The product system itself is excellent. I did not know at the time how effective it would be on our glass conservatory roof, so I just went with it, hoping it would make some difference. can tell you now, following the last 2 heatwaves in May and june 26 that the result was incredible, temperature peaked at 36c compared to the 90c+ without was able to use during the hot spell incredible. I will have to wait till the winter for the warmth test, but if the summer heat has been removed, I am looking forward to winter. Bring it on!

Although the exact product I had ordered was not available. I received a call and had arranged a more that suitable alternative. This resulted in a significant refund which appeared in my account within 48hours. Very helpful company and I would highly recommend them.

The fact that you don't have to wear full PPE and it's thermal efficiency is high makes it an excellent insulation.
