Terrible customer service…actually nonexistent! Emailed asking when my order would be dispatched, heard nothing. Emailed again and again nothing. I eventually emailed asking them to cancel my order and issue a refund, still nothing!! Had to go through my bank to get a refund. Save yourself time and shop elsewhere!
I placed my order on 1 July and paid in full. I was told delivery would take 10 business days, but I still haven’t received my order.
