The team couldn't have been more supportive and helpful. They know their products well and advice given was first rate. The radiators work seamlessly and the wireless option is top rate. I need to buy more to replace my outdated living room ones later in the year. I shall return here to purchase!

They also supplied a piece that I lost free of charge which went above and beyond the usual customer care.

Confusion here as there are 2 Ecolec companies the 1 is an Electrical installation company which is probably o.k and worth the good reviews
The website link is a run down Electric "Eco" radiator company advertising via a professional looking website
Its actually in Wolverhampton operating from a small derelict building selling unreliable unsafe poor quality radiators advertised as "eco" friendly but are overpriced poorly finished flimsy junk with no after sales support
Really awful & hostile after sales care we have now ripped them all out for safety sake replaced at our own cost from a genuine company and took it on the chin
Dont belive 5 star reviews here visit the place or at least look the company up on google maps before parting with money wish we had

Ecolec recently carried a highly efficient and effective radiator panel repair of part of our system at our holiday property. The item was collected from our apartment near Swansea by a specialist courier, experts in transporting fragile items. Upon its return, the panel was easy for me to reinstall and proved to be fully operational instantly. Ecolec kept us informed during the repair process and were flexible in terms of delivery dates.
