SCAM £169 Xmas present never arrived and no response still chading

They took the money on 14th December this was a gift for my partner whose been wanting one for ages, It ruined his christmas on top of being ill with the pandemic, they said it would take 6 days to come when i placed order am still waiting, i hoped it would come in the New Year, and even now it has not come and they dont answer emails and you cant contact them, all this stress for an e scooter keep asking them to respond, they do not reply to emails or phone calls, it has still not come and it wont, this is a SCAM beware of this company.!!!! To be robbing money from people buying gifts for their loved ones they should be prosecuted, disgusting people.

Also scammed. £169.99

Do not use this company ecological Scoooter s or ecological ride it’s a scam! Our Autistic son used his birthday money £187.94 to order off this nonexistent company who don’t reply to emails and a bogus phone number! Shame on them😡

Scammed :-( Site is now closed so they can't scam any one else. For your reference, if you have paid by credit card, you could get your money back. You will need to wait 30 days from the date of your transaction for the company to fulfil it's side of the service (obviously this won't happen but it is a legal requirement) then you can put in a claim with your card issuer (you'll need the "Retail Dispute" department) and they will attempt to make contact with the company, if they can't, I believe your card issuer will somehow claim your stolen money back and refund it back to the card. I have also taken the extra precaution of cancelling my card... just in-case they try their luck again. Hope this help you and at least gives you a direction of action.

No scooter it’s a scam! Money lost

SCAM. Bought a scooter for my son's CHRISTMAS PRESENT. It never arrived and I can't contact the company. How can these people sleep at night?

Scam my son purchased a scooter out his 1st job wages paid for fast track 2 weeks ago aswell I'm totally gutted for him. I sent a email threating trading standards and then my daughter said it's a scam. I shall be taking him to the bank on Monday to try and get his £200 back. Please do not order from here

SCAM. No scooter has arrived. No way of contacting them as the telephone number and emails on the website are void. Trying to get back £169.99 through the bank.

I purchased a scooter from this company 3 weeks today and still nothing. I have emailed twice and called the number which isn’t a correct number. Gutted! Brought this for my daughter for Xmas and it’s not legit! :( now on the phone to the bank but it’s not looking likely I’ll be able to get my money back! £169.99 gone down the drain! Don’t waste your money on these waste of space!!!!!!
