So I found ecolux by looking for a specific type of battery. Not just type, but brand and ecolux were pretty much the cheapest for this type of battery and this manufacturer.
It was easy to order and the delivery was when they said it would be ( recently I have had deliveries arrive a day early and apparently it's my fault I wasn't there🙄).
I had no requirement to contact ecolux because everything ran smoothly.

Note: there is a msg on the website stating a delay in shipping during end of October. I didn't see it, but it's there, I checked. So stars updated, it's only fair.

Prices and stock seemed good. Website was impressive. But delivery was less than ideal. I ordered on a Sunday for items that were in stock and chose the cheaper Royal Mail 48 hour postage. This should have been processed by the supplier on the Monday morning and dispatched to Royal Mail on Monday afternoon/evening for delivery on Wednesday/Thursday. As it was, they were only dropped off with Royal Mail on the evening of the Thursday and I didn't get them to the following week, when I needed them for a project I was making at the weekend. The only reason for not dropping the stars lower is that the return address was a simple house number, no company, so it's either a one-man-band doing his best, or it's a drop shipper. If the former, then fair play.

Really great batteries fast delivery , it's ashame they refuse to take any e bay purchases from me though , for some unknown reason

I bought 2 Panasonic NCR18650BD 3200mAh 3.6V Battery Protected batteries for my fishing headlight. They took a long time to charge fully and stayed bright a full session. This suggest that the quoted capacity is accurate and the internal resistance stays low as the battery discharges. There are so many cheap 18650 batteries out there that do not live up to their stated capacities that it is great to find one that does so well. Ordering 4 more when I have finished this review.

Good selection, good price and rapid despatch. Retailer good will use again but Post Office rubbish. 48 hour service took 4 days....!!
