Terrible Experience – Avoid This Company!

We had a horrible experience with this company. They promised a lot but delivered almost nothing. Their services were supposed to help drive business growth, but most of what they said they would do never actually happened.

For example, they barely started working on my landing page and video sales letter, and their "paid ad management" was minimal at best. The consulting was shallow and provided no real strategic value, and their so-called "marketing optimization" didn’t show any noticeable improvement in results. They also claimed to have done market research, but I never received anything concrete or actionable.

What makes this even worse is they guaranteed a refund but flat-out refused to honor it when I requested one. They’re hiding behind fine print in their agreement, despite failing to deliver on their promises. Now, I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the ACCC to ensure they don't scam other people the way they did our company.

They don’t seem to know what they’re doing, and working with them was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you want real support for your business.

ECOMBRANDS.COM COMPLETE SCAM AVOID

COMPLETE SCAM AVOID ECOMBRANDS.COM - NO PLAN, NO ADVICE, NO IDEA, This is an e-commerce consulting scam. The 2 Lad brothers ran an e-commerce consult scam on us. Fast to set up a monthly subscription billing for their services. After 3 weeks I reached out to ask what the next step was as I had heard nothing from them and the next bill was about to be charged to me. I get told the first 3 months are onboarding time and nothing gets done in that time. After insisting on some kind of consultation they simply say spend more on my existing ads. They set up a performance max ad which spends 3 times as much as existing ads and conflicts with existing profitable ads, with no success and making conversion costs go up 10 times. Causing our PPC marketing to fail considerably. Burning funds. provided no consultation on anything. Now we look into it I notice they have no social channels, no business listing, and no phone number. They refuse a refund. From our experience, they took our money and lied about their services. DON'T FALL FOR IT!
