I’ve been working with EcomFulfill for around three months now, and it has been a very positive experience. I’m genuinely happy that I decided to make the change. My previous fulfilment company was putting me under a lot of pressure, and it had become something I really wasn’t enjoying.
From my very first contact with Arne at EcomFulfill, I had a good feeling, and I’m pleased to say everything has worked out exactly as I hoped. The company is friendly, approachable, and easy to work with. I can contact them whenever I have questions, and things are always sorted out in a straightforward and friendly way.
The owner is highly motivated to make things work properly and to do a professional job, which really shows. I feel comfortable and confident keeping my products with them, and I’m now far more relaxed about my fulfilment setup. I also feel that the deal is very fair and works well for both sides, rather than feeling like I’m just being squeezed for profit.
For small to medium-sized businesses, I think EcomFulfill is an excellent fit, and I would definitely recommend them.
