No download instructions in the Email
I did get an Email response with the activation code. The problem was they said the Email contained the link on where to download the software. I sent an Email saying that there was no link in their Email on getting to the software. They responded that I needed to download the free trial version. I knew how to do that but have to imagine that some people struggle on how to proceed. They should have provided a complete set of instructions to help people that may have struggled getting the trial version of the software installed.

Initial misgivings were completely unfounded
