Started with this agency 4 months ago. The whole experience was based around excuses and being the client was poorly treated and blind sided with them having no idea the experience I have in ecommerce until I made it known which they didn't appreciate. The suppliers and products they organize are poor quality, they dont take responsibility for the quality nor do they work on achieving higher results with Ads which the way they set them up aswell is quite bad and confusing and dont use them to their potential because what they think is you know no better so apparently dont know whats going on. (Very judgement) Though they organize everything but still expect you to be okay with numerous chargebacks, customers wanting refunds and bad reviews, but still told they have nothing to do with it?

The whole 4 months I was told to just wait, and everything we were doing was a big risk but continued to go down the same basic path. If you want a basic experience, go for ecom Bull. If you want to know more about my experience, please get in touch with me as I'm currently writing a book about agencies vs sole owned and operated businesses. Let me tell you, put in the work, study, and learn through self taught as with an agency such as this one, you'll pay a monthly fee regardless the results and they will drag you on to still get paid. Which is very very basic and agency typical.

To add to this, they are extremely rude, the communication is poor, and have 0 customer service, and are highly demanding of money without a higher result or even trying to achieve anything substantial to the monthly fee. Please dont be blind sided by this agency, there are far better options.

Ecomm bull is genuinely amazing.
