I've worked with many agencies, and I've had bad and good experiences. Ecomtraffic is definitely among the good experiences I've had.

Their levels of expertise are really deep, communication is topnotch and they're not shy to overdeliver.

There's no reason not to recommend these guys. Great agency!

Okay here me out, here is a real, honest review of Ecomtraffic. Their way of working, their qualities and things that could improve. It might be a long one but getting the full picture is good on making a decision.

Getting started with these guys was exciting especially seeing the results they drove for their other clients. I've been with Ecomtraffic now for almost a year and have experienced a lot, ups and downs. At first they delivered a new renovated website which increased my conversion from a steady 2.5% to a steady 3-3,3%. So I was very pleased with that, but to do a good job, you continuously need to do a good job. I value communication A LOT, even when things go south, just communicate that things are going to take longer. After the website I started with a certain team within EcomTraffic but didn't have the feeling much happend or got changed.

Then I got put onto a new team, communication improved but the point of CRO is to continuously increase certain metrics, AOV, CTR, different offers. The team that I was working with was not cutting it and I was about to stop working with them, but I always had hope and a feeling that things could turn around. It took some time and patience and after a serious call expressing my frustration, the founders took it really serious. A big plus, for being understanding and actually thinking with us.

Now if the last two months were as good as last year, this would have immediately been a 5-stars. It got put onto another team and they are absolutely cooking. Because the last two months they have done more and showed their real quality of why I initially decided to work with these guys. We've put some serious goals this year and I have utmost trust that we're going to hit this with the new team and as of right now, I can definitely recommend Ecomtraffic.

Why then not 5 stars (yet)? Just because of the bumpy ride last year, but if things continue like this for the coming year, that will def change to a 5-stars so keep it up!

Ecomtraffic is one of the most professional and performance driven agencies I've seen within the eCom space.
