Fraudulent service and website.
You can only deliver the parcel if the courier comes to your place to pick it up, and you never get notified about when he’ll knock on the door. If you don’t have a doorbell — like in my case — you end up spending the whole day at home waiting. Terrible, terrible service.
I also asked for a refund, and I received it with €6 missing. The money was credited to my account on the website, not to my bank — so when am I supposed to use it again, if I asked for a refund because I didn’t like the service in the first place? Fraudulent service and website.
P.S. The help center is bad and slow. I think it's AI — either way, it’s awful and extremely slow. Avoid this website if you want to save yourself stress and frustration.

The interface and setup including payment are great. But, then when it comes to picking up the goods, tracking the shipment, communication or resolving the issues the disappear. They have chat AI support, that doesnt serve nothing. I had 3 shipment with them, one was good from start to finish, other had tracking problems ( fortunately it was delivered) as it still say it it waiting to be collected ! The last one no one came to pickup and the cancelation problem persists. Not to metion they charge in advance and saving your credit cards so once they charge you , next time there is no vallidationg the on line transaction, they just charge you automaticly. Aviod, just use GLS or DHL or UPS . They are oneman show reseler company that will die.

worst customer service, SUPER HARD TO CONTACT!!! their chosen courier cancelled the collection of our order and did not give us a chance to update the address when in fact there's an option on the order to update the address and they are charging us with rebooking fee and cancellation fee without proper reason!!

The worst customer service possible. It is a scam. They do have an AI assistant which is helpless. Just to keep in mind, a parcel cannot be canceled before it is picked up because the AI assistant does not respond. If canceled after that date, you get the money back in your balance and they substract 6€ for each package (even though you paid for all of them a single time).

I sent 8 packages.
Every single one of them arrived damaged, broken or open. Open holes, one of the boxes was not mine. They open mine and changed it to another one.

I booked a parcel that was supposed to be collected today. I took a day off from work waiting for them to come. My parcel was not even marked as out for collection and they just cancelled my order saying that I was not home or the parcel was not ready. I still have the parcel at my door ready to be handed over, but they want me to pay to reorder for €5 or to ask a refund with €6 deduction. I did not cancel my order, I did not leave the house, I did everything they say shipper needs to do, I am not going to pay any extra because they did not even scheduled it for collection. People should avoid this company.

No communication way possible - Terrible customer service and broken website
The only error in my address was the building number and the delivery person was in the area but didn’t bother to call me. Now I can’t even update my address on the website — it doesn’t work on any browser. The collection service failed completely, customer support doesn’t respond, and the website itself is broken and unreliable. Overall, this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

cheaper - if something happens like damage, no one helps you, provided photos, refund of claim declined, ovious their couriers fault but no refund, just accept the lost, get treat like stupid as business client, anyway it's just a CHEAP provider without customers satisfaction service, pray all goes well, otherwise a damage is your lost !

HI i am Dinesh, here are the latest updates for both of My parcels:
Note: the parcel was collected on 30th May. And today its 25th June, all 4 boxes god know where it is.
1. Parcel A6ANRQ (Sweden to Finland):
The last update shows "Collection successful" in Sweden on 09/06/2025.
There are no records of the parcel arriving or being delivered in Finland.
The status is marked as "completed," but there is no proof of delivery at the destination.
2. Parcel VYGBP701 (Sweden to Finland):
Both parcels under this order have been stored in a warehouse in Finland since 09/06/2025.
No delivery to your address in Oulu has been recorded.
The estimated delivery date has passed, and the parcels remain undelivered.
The AI bot said, they understand the urgency and inconvenience this is causing, especially with my travel plans. Still, they do not offer phone support, but they will escalate my case to our support team for immediate investigation and resolution.

The shipment was eventually delivered, but the process was inefficient. Initial support was inadequate, requiring me to contact GLS directly. Tracking was inconsistent, and failed delivery attempts were reported without any actual attempt or contact. One of six parcels was missing and marked as delivered, preventing a claim.
Avoid Ecoparcel – Worst Experience Ever (Ticket #44937)
I paid for a parcel collection over 2 weeks ago, and it’s still pending. They rejected the address twice, even though it was copy-pasted directly from Google Maps—it’s my verified work address where other couriers have picked up/dropped parcels many times before.
Their support team is useless—slow, unhelpful, and completely incapable of solving the issue.
All I want now is a refund, but even that is being dragged out.
Honestly, this is the worst courier service I’ve ever used. Stay far away.

We were sending package from Portugal to Czechia. Page has problem to display labels for printing. But at the day of pickup, it finally worked. They do not have any contact number or email. But only possibility to contact company is using claims for the orders. Finally GLS company came to pickup the parcels. And packages were delivered.

Moved about 15 boxes from Slovakia to Spain and the service was awful. They said they would collect them on a specific day, they showed up 2 days later, then many things arrived broken because some boxes were damaged/destroyed with huge holes and full of GLS tape! Customer service is even worse to deal with... I would never use their service again.

This is literally the worst company you can pick to deliver your parcels.
I know this company but never tried it, the price was pretty lower than the other competitors, so i decided to try them.
After i made the payment, the data about the sender and receiver was missing.
I had to enter it again.
I did it, and it asked me to pay again, although it already charged me.
I didn't receive an email that i have been charged, no shipping labels, nothing in the e-mail.

Published an order upon their website sunday 8th of June 2025. After receiving the 6 labels and printing them. They will come and pickup my packages on the 11th of June, today as I'm writing this review, no one has come to pick anything up. No sms, no emails nor calls. Contacted support, got Simon "Customer service expert", which immediately replies if you want to give them money but 'owh no' when you're pending to cancellation of the order they're taking ages to respond
