To Ecoparcel:
Warning to anyone not to use them!
am so sorry I ever engaged with your company. I believe you are only interested in making money and have no interest in the welfare of the client. Your customer service is in the toilet!
You have no phone number?

You made it very difficult to get my refund and in the end did not give me a full refund for my cancelled order
after searching for your email. You cheated me of 54 euros. When I asked you through numerous emails you ignored me and refused to reply to my request.

Shame on you! You are a scammer company and a low life of the business world! I will post this to everyone on Facebook for the general public. Your company will never thrive and will never succeed due to your poor reputation and business ethics! C. T

Extremely Unreliable Service

Extremely Unreliable Service – Avoid EchoParcel.eu
I booked a pallet shipment with EchoParcel.eu from Latvia to Ireland on 29th January, taking advantage of a special offer . On the same day, my booking was canceled without explanation.
After contacting their chat support, I was told to rebook, which I did, paying an extra €5. They promised collection on 2nd February, but no one showed up. I followed up again, and while they provided a new shipping label, they failed to collect my parcel or give any explanation. Since then, all attempts to contact them have been ignored, and I am unable to cancel, rebook, or receive a refund.Today is 9th of February .No any answers and refund not available.
This lack of communication and failure to fulfill their commitments makes it impossible to trust EchoParcel.eu. As a business owner, timely logistics are essential, and this company’s behavior has caused significant disruption. I strongly advise not to use their services.

Very very bad experience

Very, very, very bad experience with ecoparcel. The website looks good, but that´s all what I can tell you with good mood.
You can comunicate only with chat. Sometimes someone responds, but rarely.
They tell you that a human service agent will contact you, but no one does. So you wait. Then you remind them in the chat that no one has gotten back to you. And again, no one responds. So you remind them several times in the chat, and again, nothing happens. It's crazy. One of the worst experiences with a service that you can't even access.
I recommend not even considering this company. Stay away. Choose anyone else.

Terrible service: tickets closed without resolution, false information, zero support

Ecoparcel has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

During a very serious delivery issue, Ecoparcel:

- closed two support tickets without resolving the problem,

- provided false and misleading information (claiming delivery attempts that never happened),

- repeatedly failed to help or coordinate properly with the carrier,

- forced me to contact the courier directly despite Ecoparcel being the contractual intermediary.

Instead of assisting, they delayed, contradicted themselves, and gave inaccurate updates that were later disproven by GLS Ireland directly. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted time over several weeks.

Ecoparcel does not respect its own Terms & Conditions, especially regarding handling complaints, liaising with the carrier, and providing reasonable care and skill.

I strongly recommend not using Ecoparcel. The service is unreliable, support is ineffective, and once something goes wrong, you are completely on your own.
This is a trap for customers, especially for international shipments.

Fraudulent and malicious website – I had to block my card and issue a new one

My experience with Ecoparcel was extremely negative and, in my opinion, this website shows fraudulent behavior.
I attempted to send a parcel to France and paid for the service, but the courier never showed up to collect the package. No pickup took place, despite the order being confirmed.
Customer support is practically nonexistent. I made multiple attempts to contact them to resolve the issue, but received no clear responses or any real solution.
Furthermore, when I had to initiate a chargeback through my bank due to the undelivered service, the process became unnecessarily difficult because of Ecoparcel’s complete lack of cooperation. They did not provide documentation, explanations, or assistance of any kind, which raises serious concerns about their reliability and business practices.
I do not recommend this website. In my experience, it is an unsafe and potentially malicious service that results in wasted time, lost money, and significant frustration.

I received my parcel damaged

I received my parcel damaged — the box was torn, and part of the items were missing.
I contacted customer support to request compensation, but they refused to refund me, stating that the parcel contained “non-recommended items.”
This is unacceptable, as the damage occurred during delivery.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. Overall, the experience has been very disappointing.

SCAM AND NO ANSWER

I have been the victim of what I consider a scam by Ecoparcel.

I booked an international collection service and paid €420 upfront. The collection was scheduled, but the night before, it was unilaterally cancelled by the company, without prior notice and without offering any real alternative. I never received the shipping labels, no one came to collect anything, and yet they kept my money.

Since then:

They do not respond to messages

There is no customer service phone number

The chat stops replying as soon as you ask about a refund

I have received no refund whatsoever

I have had to open a chargeback claim with Revolut in an attempt to recover my money, because Ecoparcel has simply disappeared.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced: zero professionalism and no accountability toward customers.
If you are considering using this service: don’t. You risk losing your money.

Do not use this service under any circumstances!!!

This is a completely fraud website. There is no legitimate legal company behind it, and they bear no responsibility whatsoever. We have filed several police reports regarding fraudulent activities, as well as theft of goods from shipped parcels.
They do not provide any information about the so-called transport companies they claim to work with, which makes it impossible to recover the cost of stolen goods even if you have supporting documentation.

The listed legal entity: "Smartway Europe Limited, Company Number 08898147", is entirely fake, and our police reports have so far produced no results.

No one will ever refund you for damaged or lost goods. Additionally, you will not receive a refund even for services that were never provided. If you file a complaint, they will simply update the shipment status claiming that the courier could not reach you or that you were not present at the pickup location, and your money will be lost.

Do not use this service under any circumstances!!!

Nightmare

I delivered my pack to the pick up point indicated on the website, where they told me they are not serving as a pick up. So I contacted the customer service who kept ignoring my requests for help and than, they informed me that since the pick up day I selected had past, they would cancel the order without refunding me, which sounds like fraud. As I am naive and I urgently need this pack, I ordered a new time. This time they came to pick up the order (as I ordered home pick up) but they came 5 days later after the order was done (customer service not responsive at all). Now the order results cancelled, saying they could not pick it up, not sure why, when gls came to pick it up. Overall, I would nor recommend ecoparcel.

Dont use them

Dont use them! I booked a package, they never turned up to pick it up. I complained. They are still reprogramming the pick up... only 3 month went by. No refund. They are blaming me not picking up the call they never made, and not being home. Abolute joke

This company is scam! I've paid and arranged collection for Dec 23rd and they didn't show up, we have a ring door camera and no one was there, they said that we were not home...I've tried to cancel it to get a refund and they asked me to pay 6 Eur...

Not a real company, just internet scam

I ordered their services and paid online, same day they cancelled my order as not feasible for them. I asked if it could be rescheduled for another date when it will be feasible for them. They informed that this is not an option. I asked for refund (125€) and they told me that they can refund for a fee. I refused to pay fee for not provided service, later they promised refund. Refund never came and they started ignoring any my messages. I solved that later with credit card company and chargeback. Stay away of this company, it is pure internet scam.

I did NOT cancel the order, yet you still took my €6 for no reason.
Without any explanation, you cancelled my order and kept my money.
This is fraud. You are scammers.

PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY

I've never sent anything abroad before so I was reliant on this company to deliver my parcel to the UK, from Portugal. Just before it was collected, someone pointed out I needed to attach a customs declaration form, so I messaged the company and was told it was all done electronically. A couple of weeks later I checked with the recipient but, although it was marked as delivered, it hadn't arrived. A few days after I had queried this, I was then told it had been misplaced in their warehouse. After a week or so of looking, I was then informed that it was with customs having been rejected because there was no declaration form!
It is now back with me and this company will neither refund my €24.00 nor resend it for free.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I was sent 3 packages since 11th of December and still waiting to receive them. My packages were lost, now they are found, one is in its way apparently and other 2 are in Germany when they are expected in Portugal. And even worst, you cannot find anyone to talk to, have to wait hours on the phone… these packages I was supposed to receive before Christmas and still didn’t receive them. Would never use this company again.

Weeks of Chasing

Ecoparcel charged me for a deliverythat was actually returned to me in error. 6 Weeks later and I am still trying get a refund. No way to call customer service just a chat function that advises the ticket has been escalated but then closes the ticket. Do not use Ecoparcel
