had my car picked up for scrap by the scrapyard and honestly the whole experience was great. The process was quick, simple and completely hassle-free. They arranged the pickup at a time that suited me, arrived exactly when they said they would, and handled everything professionally.
The driver was friendly and made the paperwork straightforward, which took all the stress out of getting rid of my old car. Payment was fair and the whole thing was sorted in no time.

I called in to see if i could get a gearbox for my mothers car ecopart had 1 still in a vehicle the guy on the counter said i could wait or call back but the gearbox would be removed asap i left and recieved a call 2 hours later to come and collect the gearbox they even loaded the gearbox into my boot and at a very reasonable price considering the work involved in removing a gearbox

Avoid broken items and terrible customer service. Place is a mess staff seem depressed and treated badly. Bad experience
