Excellent customer service & great product
The customer service experience I had with Ecorain was amazing.
I wanted to buy a rain shower and the marketing and sales team was patiently and accurately guiding me step my step until I found what I like. It was like I was at the store, only all communication was done online. Specifically I wanted a different shower head than the available combo but also a solution on how to fit the shower bar in the current holes already drilled in the bathroom tiles. And it all worked out!
The product came securely packaged and it is really really good and enjoy it very much. Quality wise...well only time will tell. So far so good!
