ECOS company was established in 2017 in the eponymous Free Economic Zone (FEZ) in the city of Hrazdan, Armenia. Created jointly with the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the FEZ is a unique space for the development of projects in the crypto and blockchain industry. Starting with a simple sale of equipment, by today ECOS is the world's largest company operating in the field of mining and creating its own investment infrastructure. The product line already has 6 working projects: cloud mining, ASIC mining, investment portfolios, hosting, wallet, and cryptocurrency exchange. ECOS data center is located on the territory of Hrazdan thermal power plant. To date, it has more than 20,000 devices and supports an energy infrastructure of 60 MW, capable of expansion to 200 MW. The location in Hrazdan creates a number of significant advantages, such as: direct receipt of electricity from thermal power plant, ideal climatic conditions and the presence of its own service center. Armed guards monitor the safety and security of the equipment around the clock, and a team of engineers working on the site 24/7 ensures uninterrupted operation.

It's a scam, don't put your money into it. Once they’ve got you hooked — meaning you’ve bought one of their plans — they tell you that you need to pay for the electricity. After you make the payment, they claim they haven’t received it and ask you to pay again.
I can attach all the images, starting with the electricity payment transaction, the address where they asked me to send the money, as well as their supposed 'support' responses.

Is it the best mining platform? No clue. I’m not deep into research anymore. But ecos is the one I didn’t delete. It just works. That’s all I ask.

I think i will start with ECOS minning

I signed up half-asleep on a Sunday just to mess around with some BTC I had sitting idle. Fast-forward — it’s been quietly earning. I don’t even open the dashboard much. ECOS feels like the responsible friend who doesn’t party but always shows up. Weirdly comforting.

Had a gap between projects earlier this year and didn’t want my cash just sitting idle on an exchange. Picked up a small ECOS contract on a whim. No big expectations — but it’s been quietly running ever since. Not life-changing, but solid for parking idle funds.

I got into ECOS just to diversify a little, expecting very little movement. Funny enough, it’s now the one thing in my portfolio that doesn’t stress me out. Slow and steady wins — at least mentally.

I just wanted to withdraw my Capitals. First i had to do a Deposit for Taxes, which they didnt informed me before.
They told me i can Withdraw Capitals after 24 hours.
Then they told me my IP address was compromised during withdrawal and i have to do another Payment for getting my Capital.
100%, i hate that i fell for it.

I purchased a Bitcoin mining contract (in 2022) from ECOS based on their advertising that promised high BTC returns and profitable outcomes. Unfortunately, this turned out to be extremely misleading.
At the end of the contract (May 2025), I was told that my BTC balance was zero, due to hidden “daily service fees” that were never clearly disclosed during purchase. These fees — fixed in USD but deducted in BTC — completely wiped out any earnings. Nowhere in the purchasing process was it clearly stated that you could end up with nothing despite paying for hash power.
When I contacted ECOS support, they provided vague responses and have since stopped replying to my follow-ups. I escalated the issue, but they continue to ignore my concerns and deny any wrongdoing. Meanwhile, they are still actively advertising contracts with promises of high returns, which makes me believe this is a scam model disguised as mining.
I won't deal with ECOS again. Their lack of transparency and accountability is extremely concerning. I'm expecting they will reply with same tactics about electricity fees, marketing factors which baseless justification. They can prove their transparency by issuing refund for their unsatisfied customers. But, they won't do this; consistent with a scam model company that won't last!
Addendum (09/06/2025): here is my reply back to ECOS's reply:
ECOS team,
Your response is exactly the kind of deflection and intimidation that customers have repeatedly mentioned in negative reviews — denying responsibility and attempting to discredit legitimate complaints rather than addressing the real issue.
To clarify:
Yes, I used your official platform — ECOS.am — and purchased my contract directly through your verified app.
I have screenshots of your communications, including the contract summary, your service fee explanations, and your repeated refusals to refund despite zero BTC returned at the end of the contract.
There's no option to upload the screenshot proofs. Otherwise, I would have uploaded your emails alongside this post. So, I am happy to submit proof (emails, transactions, and logs) to Trustpilot team or any independent regulator. You may also retrieve my account details via Trustpilot’s verified email submission.
The core issue is not whether the service fee was written somewhere in the fine print — it’s that your marketing deliberately implied potential for returns, while the fee structure silently guarantees customer loss under most conditions. This is not "market risk" — this is a misleading financial product, and your reply only reinforces how ECOS refuses to take responsibility or improve transparency.
I stand by my review. I also stand by my efforts to escalate this to:
Armenian consumer protection authorities.
UK trading standards.
Crypto scam reporting platforms.
And to fellow users who deserve full disclosure before trusting ECOS.
If you are confident in your service, you should welcome scrutiny — not attack customers who raise valid concerns.
Addedunm (10/09/2025): ECOS team has asked for my details and communications reference number via Trust pilot for verification and I've submitted them. Waiting for their response!
Addedum (13/06/2025): as expected they won't be able to reply with reasonable comment. In meantime, they replied back to my email and refused to refund my money.
Really smart complicated version of scamming people. Lesson learned!

The problem with showing a screenshot of this that and the other thing is that you guys change your domain name and you'll say that the one that I was on was a scam website but however I can still sign into yours with the same sign in as I had with the other one so that doesn't make a lot of sense so I know this ain't nothing but a whole scam I've deleted my account I no longer deal with you people at all

The amount you receive per day does not compensate what you earn while you are mining

Didn’t touch it since bought a contract. Every other project I tried back then is dead. ECOS? Still running. Still paying. Still quiet. That’s spooky in a good way

My 100% unbiased review to date.
I brought 2 cloud mining contracts around 1.5 years ago. They each are for 1800 days so still some time to go.
I’d have to say for the price paid for the contracts the returns are pathetic and if you look into service fee and payout transactions around nine tenths of the proceeds is taken as contract service fees. Effectively the contract proceeds pay your contract service fees and that’s about it.
After spending USD $600 on it and a year and a half gone by I’m now up about USD $26 and I can’t withdraw it likely because their withdrawal fees are nearly double that.
In another year and a half from now I should be able to afford a withdrawal transaction but there won’t be any funds left to withdraw after withdrawal fees get paid.
Hopefully that tells you what you need to know.

cloud mining products are utter garbage. the Contract service fee eat all the earnings - says i 'earned' 250 usd over the life time of the contract YEAH BEFORE FEES - would never use again utter trash. so glad i only bought a small contract. absolute scammers.

They look polished and even have team members that are helpful at first but when you commit to a long-term plan, you start having issues with basic service like withdrawing your money. It's been over a month now and they won't send my money. When a platform leaves you feeling unsure, that's a signal to move on. Choose vastreach, they respect both your time and your investment.

Don't realy like babysitting platforms. I don’t want to “join the community” or “discover exciting features.” I want my tools to be invisible. ECOS does that. I forget it’s even there — until payouts land. That’s real UX for me.

I’ve been through too many platforms that promised “revolutionary mining solutions” and delivered nothing but delays and excuses. ECOS didn’t promise fireworks. It offered basic mining contracts with clear metrics — and weirdly enough, it delivered.

Over a year with platform, and it's been a rollercoaster ride. I made 55% in my first year, but then i lost 45% in just a few weeks, all thanks to an interest rate correction. It's a cruel game, and i am just thankful i stepped away from them before i lost it all. Would i recommend it, not in a million years. I have turned my attention to the firm on my photo profile. The difference is clear as day and night and they are the ones i am trusting now.
