On the whole a positive experience. The lady agent was polite and professional. Fitters were reliable and efficient
However had several visits regarding the bedroom window . Apparently the seals had perished and required replacing on fitting which had not been noted on the surveyors report. This therefore required a second visit by the fitters.
One agent who visited suggested I have a new window to which I agreed . The surveyor visited and informed I would need a lintel which of course increased the original quote. I decided to have the glass replaced. I would have expected the gentleman agent to have realised that.

A good experience although the original fitting date was delayed for a week. The door then arrived without a hole for the letter box. That took a further four days. However, the fitter, Peter, was excellent.

Good selection, polite and respectful people and keeping me informed.

Everyone I dealt with was helpful without being pushy. The guys who fitted the glass - Patrick and Peter worked efficiently and well and cleared up after themselves. The only hitch was the delay in fitting one v large window, but when it was finally available and arranged the 4 guys involved managed a difficult job well.

Very good quote for the windows and doors that I required, from agreeing to the price to installation was roughly 2 weeks, the two lads that fitted them were excellent and cleaned up after themselves and took all the old stuff away, would definitely use again

Fitters arrived on time and were very polite. Neat and tidy job. Used dust sheets and left no mess. Very pleased with the door as well.

Having the glazed units renewed as opposed to the whole window is a win win for both us and the supplier.

Excellent service & product. We had 8 panes of glass replaced in our upstairs bedroom windows.
The guys were friendly & provided an efficient service whilst installing the glass. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up well upon completion.
I am awaiting an appointment for a remedial repair on one of the window handles but other than that I would recommend this company to others.
This is the second installation with this company, I had downstairs glass replacement 12 months ago which performed really well over the winter period.
