Really knowledgeable sales team,told them about my bad back and was pointed it the right direction,and since my purchase I have slept all night.

I really regret walking into, this store in Sunderland!! I paid for a 3 seater sofa, and a 2 seater sofa, beginning of September, the delivery was 4 to 6 weeks, it's now almost the end of December. No furniture!! That's almost 4 months, after numerous phone calls, and being given delivery dates. I still haven't received my furniture, they've loaned me 2 sofas, but I want what I paid for! They tell me it's the "Christmas rush" I paid for these in the summer!! They keep fobbing me off. All I want is. my own furniture. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company

I recently visited the Wallsend store to purchase a new bed. I was served by Nicole and she was fantastic! Great customer service and made me feel very welcome. She helped me pick out the perfect bed that I was very happy with. I’ll definitely be back again

I visited the Wallsend store to look for a new bed and was greeted by Dionne, she helped me pick and chose a bed and mattress with ease. It gets delivered this week and I can’t thank her enough.

I was in your Wallsend branch a couple of weeks ago looking at buying a sofa for my new house I didn’t really know what I wanted other then the colours but Nicole was very friendly and so helpful with everything showing me a wide range of styles and fabrics.. she made it stress free and uncomplicated myself and my husband settled on the empire range and Nicole gave us a good price on a package deal the sofa is simply stunning and I can not wait to have it delivered

Visited the ecosleep store at the galleries thos morning on the thoughts of buying a new bed, the two young ladies there, think there names were kim and maddie.🧐. I'm terrible with names, what a absolute pleasure to speak to, very knowledgeable and showed me a number of types and styles of bed, was there just to browse, but ended up walking away with a new bed and a mattress!!! Brilliant staff!!

I recently bought a new matress from Eco Sleepbeds in the Galleries Washington.
I dealt with a sales assistant called Maddie who was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly in helping me choose the right matress.
Everything was spot on, delivery on time and day specified.

Very professional staff in Washington store .maddie very knowledgeable on all products .I went to buy a bed she talked me thru all beds until I found a one that had what I needed .I'm very happy with my choice and now get a good night sleep.5 star eco sleep
