I ordered with my billing and shipping address correctly. Just to get a confirmation with a strange shipping address I have no clue about. Sent TBH email, leave a message on their queries portal online, call them a dozen times and nobody answers.

I don’t know what’s going on
Good products at fair prices, but the customer service is terrible. I’ve spent well over £500 with them, and on my most recent £100 order, the sample packaging I ordered never arrived. Despite multiple emails and requests to resolve the issue, nothing was done. In the end, I had to order from an alternative company.
