To buy 1G of extra data was very expensive and I am now paying double a month for a tenth of the data in my son's SIM only plan.
Also you cannot change your plan online and the telephone lines are not open on a Sunday.
Environmentally conscious services are more expensive, and it is great that the profits are going to wildlife preservation, but Ecotalk to be really succesful, surely need to be more competitive.
Person whom I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful.

I signed up to help wildlife. The sign up wasn't quite seamless but the members of staff I spoke to were helpful and kind. And no terrible music to listen to if you have a short wait. I asked what bird it was and the member of staff told me, and said everyone asks that! Great service, no connection issues as ecotalk use the same network I was on before.
My dream was always to buy land and rewild it. Ecotalk have done just that. Shareholders have feathers, wings and fur...

Bought 2 sims for my kids, one no data the other an e-Sim with data.
Few bumps with working out set up but they've been consistently quick to reply, so helpful/ easy, and pick up the phone when easier to talk to someone! What a joy.
Once sims were sorted, signal is working great on both phones.
Love that they're Simple/ straightforward/ very fair prices/ rollo h 30 day contracts/ responsive/ pro-actively ethical 💚

A great service and helps nature!
Switching to Ecotalk was very easy. Once I received my SIM card it was all done the following day and I kept my original number. My reception is good and I can use WiFi calling from home as I live in an area with no mobile signal. A great price for my rolling monthly contract but the main reason I switched to Ecotalk is that all profits go to helping nature. Brilliant!

It happened quickly and flawlessly
It happened quickly and flawlessly. I saw the ad on Thursday afternoon and got a PAC code from my old supplier that evening. I requested a SIM from Ecotalk and it arrived the next day (Friday) and by Monday I was using Ecotalk. Great service and simple to change over.

My sim came through by post within a few days of signing up to EcoTalk. The coverage is far better than my previous provider. I love the fact EcoTalk give back to nature in the UK, which was a deciding factor on switching Very happy with the service so far

Very happy so far
No problems at all with my switch over. All done online so I haven't had to test customer services yet, but am comforted to know that I should be able to speak to a real human fast should I need to. I left EE a year ago because their roaming charges were daylight robbery. I went to another network but the coverage was poor for my area. Ecotalk is carried by EE so I get my good signal back, but am much happier to be giving the bulk of the profits to helping rewinding rather than all to a telecoms giant.

Took less than 7 minutes to sign up and install my eSIM. Less than 24 hours later my number had been transformed and at a fraction of the cost of my O2 contract that I’ve had for decades.
O2 called and tried to ‘match’. I told them to clear off for many reasons. So pleased to be giving to this hugely important project.
