I had a number of electrical requests inside and outside my house. Charlie and Albert worked really hard to achieve exactly what I asked for. They were prompt and neat and tidy. End result is superb.
It's always a relief when people turn up promptly as arranged, to complete agreed work. I would highly recommend.

We had an electrical emergency when our shower leaked, and water started pouring through the ceiling lights — a really dangerous situation. Charlie from Ecotec Electrical came out straight away and was absolutely fantastic. He quickly made the house safe by isolating all the affected power and explaining clearly what he was doing. Once everything had dried out and it was safe, he came back to refit and test all the sockets and fittings. His work was professional, efficient, and reassuring from start to finish. I’d highly recommend Charlie and Ecotec Electrical to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled electrician.

Could not recommend Charlie enough. Worked on our house during an extensive renovation. He and Albert were always so polite and helpful as well as accommodating my changes to the plan without missing a beat and have been super responsive with the last snagging even though I know they are busy!

Charlie and Albert were very punctual, friendly and professional. They spent longer at our house than anticipated as we had a very old system in situ, but they honoured the original quote. They did an excellent job, were respectful, tidy and a pleasure to have. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
