The T-shirts I ordered were dispatched promptly and are of excellent quality so 5/5 for the clothing.
The only small complaint I have is the lack of a size guide on the Ecotee website (that I could find anyway).

Great quality, lovely fit, and it was lovely to see my idea brought to life in an amazing custom design - I also loved the communication with the designer, seeing a progress update and having input to check I was happy. Was given a T-shirt recently and can honestly say it is really comfortable. Soft cotton the guy is perfect especially for someone that has broad shoulders it’s hard to find a right fit. I will certainly be ordering more.
