In my experience, this company is fraudulent and should be avoided.
They were extremely quick to send someone after a call and even faster to charge CHF 150 for a consultation that lasted only about five minutes. This charge was not clearly explained before the visit. During the consultation, they repeatedly emphasised that they would not take responsibility for anything after leaving, and that if they had to return, additional charges would apply, while still charging the full fee.
They were extremely unfriendly and refused to acknowledge that costs should be clearly explained to customers before sending someone to their home.
To me, this looks like a business model built around sending people out, collecting CHF 150, and avoiding responsibility. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Get all prices and conditions in writing before dealing with them.
