When I retrieved the car on August 4th
When I retrieved the car on August 4th, the staff was not really polite, nor nice.
Moreover, in Booking, they mentioned that Ecovia would ne directly in terminal 2, which was not the case. instead, we had to walk several hundred meters with all our luggage under the burning sun… Ecovia is one of the furthest counter on the parking !

Good option of cars for larger family…
Good option of cars for larger family of 5, helpful service employees. I only have 2 points of improvement, 1) I wasn't told at pick up that I don't need to return the car with a full tank. I returned the car with fuel for 780 km instead of 380 km, which I was informered about (the 380 km) at returning the car. 2) I wasn't told that I will receive my EUR 900 deposit back (which I expect), after I got the confirmation that the car was returned in good order

A Larger Car Than Booked – A Positive Experience
Instead of the VW Taigo we had booked, we received a larger and better car, an MG HS. Everything was fine with the vehicle, and the additional space proved very useful, as we would probably have had difficulty fitting all our luggage into a smaller car. As a result, our experience turned out to be even better than expected.
A useful tip for anyone renting a car: when collecting the vehicle, take detailed photos or a video of all existing damage, both inside and outside. Without this evidence, it may later be difficult to prove that you were not responsible for particular damage. I followed the same advice from an earlier review and avoided potential misunderstandings.
Overall, our experience with Ecovia (Autovia) was positive.

The worst experience ever dont ever pay any insurance they are scammers, i have emailed them 3 times and heard no response of any kind from them. Their support email doesnt work

Great people, but Expedia.
Great people, good cars. Unfortunately the German broker Expedia reported on the booking the wrong address and missed the voucer number. I must mediate between Ecovia and Expedia over the phone to solve the problem: actually my job, excep that this time it was...my holiday! Summary: Ecovia is alright, but Expedia does not support them correctly. What a Shame!

Good car, hard to find
Good car, quite quick to hire and return - only negative would be that we had no idea where the hire desk was, couldn't see anything in the terminal and took 30 minutes of walking around several external car parks to find it!
