Really frustrating - never a week goes by without at least one problem in there recipes. The food is mostly good quality but they often miss something - and worse, miss out important instructions in their recipes, leaving me scrambling for the computer to work out what to do or having to go the shop to get what they missed. Complaints are ignored, no compensation for their mistakes. I have given up.
