Had a complete boiler renewal and a new pipe line connecting the radiators for my extension. Carl was superb throughout the process, excellent knowledge, and a very good price as a result. Highly recommend.

The service provided by Carl and John was outstanding. They came to fit a new boiler in quite a confined space. They were courteous and nothing was too much trouble to ensure that they did a thorough job.
They cleaned our system and waited to ensure that each radiator and the hot water were both working properly.

Installed a Worcester Greenstar 400 self filling boiler in 2022.
Gas connection to boiler loosely fitted so gas leaked into room un-notoced for 2 years
Am in high hard water area 400mmp but he, the owner, owner, ticked NO to hard water area so then did not install Worcester protector - hence it needed a new heating plate after 2 years due to limescale.
The cleaning attachment, that any sludge from pipes and radiators are collected into was the size for a small flat instead of for a 4 bed house.
Had nothing but problems with it.
Rang and asked him to put in limescale protector pipe and gadget from Worceater that should have been fitted on instillation. Also asked for correct sized cleaner to be exchanged.
He laughed and refused point blank and told me to go moan to Worcester. Was extremely rude.
He has been reported.
I would not recommend at all.

John was an efficient, knowledgeable heating engineer, a very clean and tidy worker overall a very nice man.

After oil supply problems with sludge residue in the boiler oil supple pipe my neighbour and I both had our oil tanks cleaned with new valves, filters and level sights fitted. They turned up on time, told us what they were going to do, completed the jobs with no mess and tested the valves and boiler operation. An efficient, proficient and friendly business.

Owen was amazing. Came last week with 2 lads. Sorted out our loft instalation. Honestly Owen was amazing. The team was with us for 3 days and had such a laugh and were so professional. Owen/Asad/Yunis/Anthony thank you very much. 10/10.

I had my combi boiler annual service carried out by John from Ecowise. They are always punctual, helpful and good value for money. Service for £80 + VAT a very good price for an annual service.

When running a grade I listed church over 1000 years old, it is important to use a company which is used to dealing with historic buildings and Ecowise are such an organisation.
