Don’t bother - worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have always supported this brand. I bought a large order as gifts from the Ecoya direct website and the candles were sent unboxed with minimal packing around them and the entire order in one very heavy box. Many of the items arrived smashed. No response at all from customer service. Don't bother - you are wasting your money and will get no response from Ecoya
I had an issue with one of their products so i reached out to them and they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I have purchased their products for myself and for gifts for many years and I am very happy with them 9 times out of ten. They are generally very high quality products manufactured locally.
