I used the machine in Edinburgh St James Quarter and the machine didnt give me the toy so I followed the instructions on who to contact and I was told they would send a replacement! It never arrived. I contacted again asking for a refund they asked for my details and then nothing. Again tried to contact them. No reply. I contacted my bank and they told me I couldnt get the money back as its been over a certain amount of time has past since the transaction which was very frustrating as I tried to resolve it with the shop, which you are advised to do via the bank. Overall very disapointed and lost my money. Never use their machines just in case they malfunction and you do not get the product.

I went to their toy machine for the first time in Birmingham and loved it, had no issues and decided I wanted to collect more of their items so I went home and went onto their official website, ordered more with FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY, only to receive nothing after the confirmation email.

So I called the number that is both on their website and physical machine. After trying to select ALL of the options available, the line went dead after each try and then I reached an pre-recorded message stating 'The customer has not set up their voicemail system, when you get in contact with the customer please advise them to set up their voicemail' and then the call cuts off. So people ordering on their website and also using the machine cannot get help if they have issues with either.

At the bottom of the website I then found more contact information for someone else who I assume manages the site, I called this number and got through to a guy's voicemail that said he was not available until after 5pm. I called back the next day and it said the number was no longer in service.

I reached out via the online enquiry form on the website next, heard nothing back and then sent an email to customer services via the email address provided on the website, again no response. Lastly i contacted them on Instagram and again had no response.

I am now waiting for the designated time period to pass to report this to my bank as a fraud and scam as they took my money and did not deliver the product I bought nor respond to any of my contact attempts.

Complete scam especially since they have fake customer services and didn't send any products. Not what I expected since the machine worked fine.
