Very high quality products and very efficient service!

Products came quickly and were all great, along with the customer service support. Highly recommend!

I Purchased a pair of Ponchos from Ecualama's Ebay store, the order was placed on the afternoon of Wednesday the 23rd and they arrived today, Monday the 28th. The packaging was good, both boxed and wrapped within to protect against moisture. Ecualama also provided tracking updates along the way.

VAT and Import fees were easy to pay via DHL while the order was on route.

Both Ponchos are very well made and the colours are nice too. I'm very happy with both the products and the service.

Just received my order today and wow!!😲😲 Amazing quality! Beautiful deep colors and tones. I ordered a sarape, poncho (Clint Eastwood), beanie, and a large blanket and they're just absolutely perfect! The poncho is a little lighter and feels softer to the touch than the sarape, however the sarape is thicker and feels warmer while wearing. I dealt with a shipping mishap with UPS and customer service was able to get the issued resolved and were quick to respond! These are top notch pieces and worth every penny and some! If you're on the fence about purchasing just do it! Some of my package was a gift and some for me...Treat yourself!!

The ponchos and blankets are some of my new favorite pieces of gear. I live in a truck camper and use them daily. They have held up so far and have done great at keeping me warm this fall.

This is my 2nd purchase of blankets. I give them all as gifts. Everybody loves them. Quality, warm, stylish. Something to keep forever.

It’s so soft and beautiful. Looking towards some cold days and nights snuggled up.

The blankets are perfect- lightweight and warm. The colors are soft and serene. Also giving them a 5 because there was a problem getting our order into the system - it would go part way and them get stuck. I contacted Ecualama and they responded quickly and got issue resolved. With a different vendor, getting customer service was impossible. But Ecualama's customer servcie was excellent.

This wan an amazing product and The package was great. It came with a nice gift and some eukalyptus leaves that smelled great. Going to buy more items definetly. But beware byers from Sweden the shipping was long and many complications

These blankets are beautiful. My husband was amazed at their softness and warmth while being very lightweight. I only wish I had purchased them sooner.

The folks at Ecualama were fantastic! The website was easy to navigate, and I easily found a comforter and a throw/blanket that were perfect for me. They kept in touch to note when the items would be delivered... and they are great!

Good poncho, very fast delivery. My only complaint is that website said black while the image was green on the "black" parts. I didn't know which one to believe. When it arrived it matched the image and had green, not black.

Best blankets hands down.

Gave my sister 2 blankets. She loves them and uses them every day. She lives in Virginia and their power went out with hurricane Helene. She curled up in your blankets and stayed toasty warm! Also shipping was very fast!

Nice product, quick delivery!

Ordered a poncho and a blanket, and was charged with over €100 fees upon delivery, for a €160 order.
Asked DHL to return the parcel to Ecualama, and immediately contacted their customer 'service' to let them know in advance, hoping things would be a bit smoother for all parties involved.

That's when the nightmare began.

Nataliya from EcuaLama has been anything but helpful, making odd claims about their company return-policies that are nowhere to be found on their website.

First, they claimed being unable to reimburse me, since parcels over €150 value being returned are usually seized by customs in Ecuador.
When informed that DHL would return the parcel, I was told this was not an option, and that upon arrival the parcel will be disposed of, making me uneligible for a refund.

Only if I pay all the additional customs- and shipping fees, and return the parcel myself, will they even consider a refund, but that'll cost me well over €250, leaving me having paid €400 for a €160 refund.

An obvious scam, if you ask me.

I have the email in which you state that, even if the parcel is returned to you, you'll just dispose of it yourself, so don't play dumb with me, ho🖕
