Good purchase system overall

Made an order, paid & no news for 9 days. After I wrote them a message 2 days later they say they can't deliver the order.

I ordered a helmet and all seemed Ok but it still hasn't arrived after a week. I emailed customer services and no response - will keep trying

Really good service and good quality products. I have bought helmets for the whole family multiple times from ecykelhjelm during the years and it always arrives after a few days as expected. They have always delivered excellent service. I highly recommend this shop.

I needed a replacement part for my gears and ordered from ecykelhjelm. They sent me the wrong part and refused to acknowledge their mistake or send me the correct part.

I have ordered Høvding 3 Cykelhjelm Airbag plus insurance for it on Saturday, 13 June 2020. Until Tuesday, 16 June I did not even receive an order confirmation. Calling them, I found out the email could not be delivered to my personal inbox - fair enough.
Upon trying it with my work mail address, I have received the order confirmation (only the PDF file, no text whatsoever) - also fair enough.
From then on, I have not heard anything at all. However, quick delivery is assured on their website. I understand it can take longer as expected due to corona virus etc. But please communicate it then.
Now after 10 days, I have cancelled my order without any problem. This was confirmed within not even ten minutes, which just shows my order was not even taken care of yet.

Two stars because I have gotten support and my cancellation was confirmed. But I most probably not place an order on their web shop again. Sad actually.

The money is reserved on my bank account. Hope it will not get deducted!

My package was lost or stolen (as it was delivered overnight and left on our front door step outside on the path for anyone to take). I was then told by the courier company that they logged it as lost and that I should contact the company to arrange a redeliver or refund myself. I then emailed twice and called (no answer but left a message) twice but with no answer. 4 attempts at contact over the course of a week. I have had zero contact from the company. Not good enough! I would not buy from them again.

Great helmet, delivered very quickly. Would recommend!

Super god webshop, hurtig levering.

I ordered a Bobike seat, which I received as advertised with a lower price than other online sellers. The delivery was fast, although I did not receive a link to track the parcel. I can recommend ecykelhjelm.

Everything was good. My helmet shipped a day or two late, but it arrived quickly, and it seems good so far :)
