Most everything that was done was done…
Most everything that was done was done by myself in contacting the Mohela company. My loans were updated by myself when I was unsure about something. It was after I spoke with Mohela that I found out that Edapt worked to with them to ensure everything was taken care of. Edapt should be more hands on with the updates and assistance. Particularly with the new Federsl assistance that is confusing to begin with. Afterwards everything smoother and easier once it was all explained.

Eadapt is 100% honest, reliable and they do what they say. From the first time I contacted them until they contacted me to say my student loans are all forgiven. First, they reduced what I had been paying a lot. Then they managed those loans keeping me informed. It could not have be easier. Everything they said would happen did. All I had to do was provide an E-signature from time to time. Then they gave me the great news that my loans had been forgiven!

What made my experience great is that the representative I had was always consistent and responsive. She made sure to respond in a timely manner to any questions or concerns I had. I would not have known what to do to make this happen but EDAPT USA's representatives took great care of what needed to be done to make things move forward.
