EDC gear 

Ordered a knife a week ago. It was supposed to arrive 2 days after the order. Still waiting. I havent found any number for them but have sent multiple emails. No response. It sat in salt lake city for two days, now its in vegas saying "In Transit, Delayed". So now I have no idea when it will get here, or if it even will.

Ordered 2 knives, received one. Even after 50 emails to them, no response. DON'T OEDER FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

This is a FAKE online store. It has been beautifully designed and convincingly set-up to deceive and steal people's money. DO NOT TRUST OR PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE by any means. The owner is supposedly a Jure Krajnc from Slovenia, which could be a fake or stolen identity too. BEWARE and AVOID at all cost!! It has been reported to Shopify as a scam site. Awaiting for Shopify action to take it down.

Purchased a Boker on 7-20-17. Today is 8-9-17, still haven't received the knife. Several emails with no reply. Can't find a telephone number for them anywhere.

My experience has been the same - placed an order, never received it, sent emails, never received a response. Could not find a phone number on their website. CROOKS !!!!!

I ordered on 2/8/2017 was charged $40 plus on my debit card and have never received anything. I also email customer service asking for help a refund a tracking number didn't get a single response. Several emails were sent, super disappointed.

I purchased two items from this company in Feb 17, I didn't receive them and wrote numerous emails made several calls to Ben who was dealing with my case. He promised over and over again to make enquiries and call me back, he never did. I called again at the beginning of the week and spoke with Luke the supposed manager. He said that there was nothing he could do as the delivery service said it had been delivered. I said it had MOST DEFINATLEY NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO ME AND THAT I HAD NOT SIGNED FOR ANYTHING. His and Bens manner was such that it was obvious to me that they didn't care at all. Fortunately for me my credit card company barclaycard reimbursed. However, I don't think it's acceptable that this company should get away with this appalling service at best and fraud at worst. The name "just my look" should be "just my luck" very apptly named as if you ever receive a purchase you would be VERY LUCKY!!!

My husband ordered from edcgear.us on January 20th, over 2 months ago and hasn't recieved his items. I have emailed customer service 4 times since March 25th for a refund at this point, and No response. What is the phone number for customer service? We will be contacting the bank tomorrow if no response tonight.

Never got my order, sent over twenty emails no response. Number they used for my credit card company is disconnected

Placed an order over a month ago. No shipping info, no tracking info, have not responded to multiple emails.

Been waiting over a month on my order from edcgear.us and they don't respond to any email, they pretend to be based in Delaware (USA) but they are actually a Chinese company and ship everything from China.

I ordered a knife and have not received any email of how I can track my package or anything at all besides them just taking my money. I have emailed numerous times and no one has contacted me the website doesn't even have an option to get a refund.is this even a legit company?
