Ed and his team have been amazing in helping us secure our remortgage. At a time when there was so much uncertainty and interest rates were constantly changing, Ed turned everything around incredibly quickly. He was knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain all of our options.

Even after we'd secured a deal, Hannah continued to keep an eye on the market and managed to secure us an even lower interest rate, saving us money every month. We enjoyed dealing with the whole team from start to finish. We can't recommend them highly enough!

We had a great experience with Ed throughout the whole process. Given our particular circumstances, we were limited to a smaller pool of lenders, but Ed really went above and beyond to explore every possible option for us.

He took the time to clearly explain the different mortgage products available, along with the pros and cons of each, and made sure we fully understood everything before making any decisions. What really stood out was the effort he put in behind the scenes, including contacting individual banks directly to check criteria and ensure we had the best possible chance of approval. We ended up getting approved within 24 hours.

When rates dropped partway through the process, Hannah proactively resubmitted the application for us and managed to secure a better rate, which we really appreciated.

I've used Ed for my mortgages for years. He knows the markets, explains it really clearly and finds the best rates. And by arranging in advance he will check and get you a better rate should one come out, and if it doesn't then I'm still winning as he secured me a better rate early.

This year, Ed Davey has expertly guided me through the process of remortgaging my property (which included removing my ex from my previous mortgage). During a particularly stressful time, Ed was always at hand to answer my questions, offer advice and provide reassurance.

Initially, Ed booked a Microsoft Teams call with me to discuss my options and demystify ‘numbers’ – He recognised that as a teacher, I can’t book time out during a weekday for this and therefore offered to open a slot in his calendar on a Saturday morning for me. I believe it’s this level of care that puts Ed a cut above the rest.

While going through the process of the remortgage, I was extremely fortunate to be in a position where mortgage rates were gradually falling slightly. Ed informed me of these reductions immediately and was quick to request new rates from my mortgage provider. He did this twice over the last couple of months and as a result, Ed has saved me £80 per month off my new five-year mortgage… A whopping £4800 saved in total!
