Love this kind Crew..

Eddie, his team, the crew are life changers. the community keeps us all connecting and therefore accountable.
His eating method works. I
t is NOT extreme. It is easy to follow, I am rarely hungry and I have shrunk into clothes I haven't worn for over a decade. Each week Eddie holds a zoom call and answers questions. He doesn't take the small subscription and run, he is hands on, he cares and he helps and supports every one of us.
It is the kindest community, and for the last year of being a part of it, I have NEVER seen a bad word from ANYONE. It is growing and thank goodness we are all waking up and awoken to the toxic industry that is the food industry that creates unhealthy addicted bodies.
Simply put... it is the best thing I have ever invested in.. My own health..

This diet isn’t for everyone

This diet isn’t for everyone. It’s for people who are serious, ready to change, and willing to look honestly at how sugar, processed food and constant snacking can take control of your eating habits.

Eddie and his words have completely changed my philosophy around food. He has genuinely helped me change my life.

Of course, sweets, cookies, crisps and all those things taste nice, but they should only ever be consumed in very small doses. As the old saying goes, “a moment on the lips, forever on the hips.” I was bingeing on the worst types of food and not really understanding why I was doing it, or how many calories I was consuming through sugar and carbs. It felt like I could never get out of that rut.

Years ago, I read a brilliant book that helped me quit smoking, and I have never looked back. Eddie has done something very similar for me with food. He helped rewire the way I think about what we are actually doing to our bodies.

I have ADHD and I’ve tried countless diets over the years, but this was different. It wasn’t just the food plan - it was the psychology behind it. Understanding what sugar and processed carbs were doing to me gave me the clarity I needed to quit sugar and start taking control.

Now I’m actually excited about being in ketosis. I can still eat foods I enjoy, but without the desperation, the cravings, the starving myself, or the cycle of bingeing and regret. This isn’t a quick-fix diet. It’s a serious lifestyle change.

For me, it took around 10 days to get past the psychological desire to binge on crisps and chocolate, but Eddie’s words gave me the mental clarity to keep going. I sincerely feel like I’m on track to get into the best shape of my life.

Ignore the negativity, listen to Eddie, and take it seriously.

Thank you, Eddie and your crew. Your words were enough to help me change the way I think, and that has made all the difference. This is far more psychological than people realise.

The advice given from Eddie has honestly changed my life. Honest from the heart advice and personal experiences what can be better than that.

I was skeptical at first

I was skeptical at first, and hesitant in parting with my £97. But I wanted to make a real lifestyle change and felt my best when I dabbled in Keto before.
So ai went ahead and can honestly say I haven't looked back. 10lb down in 2 weeks, feeling great and the support community are so lovely.
I haven't been able to attend any of the Zoom meetings yet but all the answers and plan are in the app that you get link to once subscribed.

I really value the information and encouragement

I really value the information and knowledge from The Abbew Crew whilst on my weight loss journey over the past year which I’ve lost over 15kg and have kept steady for the past few months. I feel more energised and have form such great habits with my eating.
I realise there has been some technical issues on the platform which has led to slow responses to members and has led to some negative feedback which is a shame but know Eddies team are working hard in the background! It’s obviously very successful community that needs a bit of a tech upgrade to handle the number of members!
Keep up the great work and thank you for helping me through my menopause journey!

I had to make a change.

I woke up one morning and looked at myself in the mirror and was disgusted at what I was seeing and what I had let myself become, so I decided to get online and as fate would have it I saw Eddie Abbew’s viral “THIS IS SHIT” video on instagram and i thought to myself “what do i have to lose?” I got with the programme and I kid you not it was the best decision I’ve made, the weight started dropping so fast week by week just by following the meal plan, I was having 1 meal a day, sometimes 2 which consisted of steak, eggs, avocados and cheese.. simple but really REALLY AFFECTIVE. Also I noticed that the Little niggles and pains that I was suffering from before I changed what I was eating just faded (plantar fasciitis.. gone) I would get up in the morning and no pain in my feet, also zero episodes with my Atrial fibrillation (Heart condition) so I’d personally like to say Thank you Eddie, anyone considering it should just go for it. All the best on your health journey 👍🏾

My son introduced me to Eddie as my…

My son introduced me to Eddie as my blood sugar’s were through the roof. After listening to Eddie I didn’t think twice. I changed my eating habits to follow his advice. Everything seemed to make so much sense. My blood sugar has dropped my blood pressure is now normal and I know I would never ever go back to my so called normal way of eating. Thanks Eddies crew.

Been on the 90 day regime for 2 weeks…

Been on the 90 day regime for 2 weeks so far and I have lost fat round mi middle. I have more energy for some reason and my mind works so clearly - I don't understand why. But still, I love ALL the recommended foods and am dining like a king 🤴. I have never been on a diet because I'm rubbish at them. This is the only one I can seem to stick to. Eddie and the whole set up is so encouraging. Oh. And cauliflower rice with butter is to die for!

Wish I had joined years ago!

I started almost a month ago, having about 50# to lose. I am well on my way due to the simplicity of the program. Its alot easier than I thought it would be to cut out processed food etc. The online community is great and very supportive. I'm trying to get several of my friends to join in as I have had such great experiences so far, aside from losing weight!

Eddie is the go to on anything health, nutrition or bodybuilding related, I especially can relate as similar age. He's like the UK equivalent in motivation to C T Fletcher, both awe inspiring individuals who know their stuff

Over the moon

So happy with the results my partner has lost 3 stone has loads of energy,he has autoimmune disease & that’s dramatically improved. The way of eating is very simple & even with a busy life it’s easy to follow. 18 months in - never looked back

18 months in, 49 years old and back to weight and energy of early 20’s, and eating food I enjoy . Just stick to the plan at least until you get to your weight/energy goals and then you can reintroduce certain treats (you will notice the difference when you have them, loss of energy etc but it reaffirms the lifestyle change is correct).
