DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. This website is a scam. We ordered from here on 01/08/2024 and still haven't received anything. Not even an order confirmation or postage tracking. We have tried ringing and emailing the company but have received no response. Having now perused their page on companies house it looks like they are being 'striked off' and will therefore no longer be able to trade. It doesn't help us though. We've lost over £150 to these scoundrels which ought to be refunded to us.

I placed an order on 29th November which was not fulfilled. I have tried contacting the company via email (bounces back) calling (number not active) and by instagram and have had no reply. I commented on their posts on insta and then saw one by one the posts were being removed so people couldn’t see the comments. I was not the only one posting that I wanted a refund as my order had not been sent. The instagram account has since been removed, either that or I’ve been blocked! The website is still up and running and accepting orders despite the company clearly not fulfilling orders. I don’t know if it’s a scam or they have just gone bust, either way DO NOT order from them as they will take your money and you wont get your order! Terrible company, terrible customer service. AVOID.
