I ordered glasses with lenses with a blue light blocking filter, but I received normal anti-reflection lenses without the blue filter. They admitted to have messed up my order, but refuse to refund the price of the lenses or even the difference! Very unprofessional. They want to me to return the glasses and make me wait weeks without them so they can "analyze" the case and send me the correct order. However, right now I cannot do that, I will be out of my country, but they do not care!

I recently ordered prescription sunglasses from Edeloptics and I am very satisfied my purchase.

I have been searching for a pair of stylish (but unpretentious!) sunglasses for a while, so decided to give a go to the Polaroid PLD 2086/S 086 UC 47 model. They did a great job getting hold of the model I wanted (which was out of stock in first instance) and in getting my glasses delivered to my doorstep, just on time for the Cambridge Folk Festival.

This was my first-time ordering prescription glasses online, so I was hesitant of not using the services of my usual opticians. Thankfully, the experience turned to be genuinely smooth. It was very easy to choose my preferred lenses and provide my eyesight prescription details. I have now received my sunglasses and I am pleased to say that my vision is as clear as expected.

I was somehow sceptical about the value for money that is offered by this company, but the sunglasses look great on me and the quality of the prescription lenses is on par to that of my daily glasses. I am as happy as Larry.

I bought 2 Tom Fords and one Dolce Gabbana (one sunglasses and one frames), however the gold bits started to tarnish, look greenish and lost all the shine in a really weird way. I had Tom Ford glasses before and this never happened, anyway i contacted them with photos and guess what? They put the blame on me LOL. I don't think they sell genuine products. They are very good imitations. I wouldn't shop from them at all.

I ordered Glasses and I got them within three days they were exactly what I wanted I’m so happy great service I will definitely order from them again !

this is the first and last time that I order on this site, 2 days after my payment and following a request from me to check the values ​​encoded in my order of medical glasses, I received a cancellation of my order of edeloptic medical glasses without explaining the reason? !! Best price and really well organised to make it work easily without the need of getting in touch... once you trust them. I panicked a bit as I tried to get in touch with no luck once I started reading reviews here. It was a bit challenging to get them to respond emails or pick up the phone. Once that was cleared after a few tries, the rest was easy and I must say they saved me a few £££ on my Oakley Sutro.

I ordered Ray Ban round metal glasses on 8th August and got them on 14th August (in Lithuania). All this time I was informed with email letters about my order status. I believe they are original, I did not noticed any defects. I’m very happy with my order and all the information while I was waiting for it:)

Ordered an Oakley Holbrook via the English website of Edeloptics on 26/7. The model I wanted was offered for GBP 96.33. This is almost half the suggested retail price of €192 at Oakly itself.
After confirming my order, the model turned out not to be in stock.

On 30/7, I was informed by Edeloptics that the model was in stock again and people would send the glasses to me. On 6/8, the Oakley Holbrook was neatly delivered by UPS at home.

Edeloptics is a clear website. Correspondence about the order is neat. My next order is again from Edeloptics !!

I bought a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarers from the edeloptics.co.uk website based on the reviews of its parent company in Germany. I have been wearing this particular brand shades for over a decade so am familiar with the weight, design and other hallmarks. In my opinion, the sunglasses that were sent to me were NOT AUTHENTIC. When I complained directly to the company, they ridiculously claimed the fault was related to the manufacturers and I should contact Ray Ban to complain. I would not use this company for the temptation of a £10 saving again - and the single star is merely to reflect they honoured my refund (while still wasting my time).

Paid for next day delivery at £10 and they didn’t arrive. Unacceptable
Too late now for my trip. Will have to buy more at the airport.
