Perfect water, perfect delivery service. A totally trusted service

Culligan Poland service is very professional. Delivery and repair schedule was done on exact time. Delivery personnel and person attending the email were kind and paying attention to your inquiry.

Nice service.
English speaking consulting.

1) They delay delivery
2) They do delivery when you ask not to do it.
3) They don’t do delivery when you ask for it.

I’m going to close my account and look for another company

I had started to buy water around 4 years ago when this was still Eden Springs, there were issues at that time as well but honestly the customer service was much better and willing to solve customers problems. Since the recent merger with Culligan, everything has gotten 100 times worst. Delieveries are never on time, this last week my schdueled delivery after 4 weeks was delayed 4 times and still I am without water delivery. No one informs you that its has been delayed, no explanation, you just have to log in to find out and when you call at their number to ask or complain you are dealt with frustration, given excuses like limited number of drivers, no option to solve your problem, just have to wait for the delivery and still no garanty that it will be delivered at the new date without further changes.
One experience that was the most rude and worst customer experience for me ever with any company was here as well. When I was 2 weeks postpartum with a newborn crying in my hands for feed, and I had to deal myself with the customer service representative of Culligan to increase
the frequency of deliveries becuase
they refuse to discuss or even talk about
it with my husband ,sitting next to me, even when I gave authorisation over phone or explained our situation.
No understanding for improving
customer experience just false hopes and claims.

This is absolutely the worst company for service. I terminated my service with them over a month ago, and they still have not picked up the bottles. I received 3 different pickup dates and no one showed up. Then they email me and threaten to charge me for the bottles if I don’t return them. When I called their Warsaw office, they tell me pickup is a different date than what they emailed me. I even received an email from one of their account managers about pick up, but when I called they won’t let me speak to her.
They are a horrible uncaring company with zero customer service. I recommend you go buy water from a store before you sign up for water from Culligan Eden in Warsaw Poland. Worst company EVER in my 70 years experience.

The consultants provided excellent service. The water was delivered promptly and is of high quality.

Unfortunately Customer Service is lacking. I raised a query on 14 October 2024 to cancel a contract, and still no response. It is unfortunate that since Culligan have taken over the smaller water companies ie, Edgars Water, their Customer Service is almost non-existant. Prior to commencing a new contract with them, do your research.

Great experience. Cool that both operator and courier speak English. Delivery was on time.

We had a service a couple of weeks ago, Andy Butcher was really lovely and he was nice enough to carry the water for me to refill the dispenser because I couldn't lift them. Great service

I asked for an additional delivery of a water bottle, but it didn't come on the date it was supposed to be delivered. I was waiting and made inquiries via chat and phone. You guys are not sorry at all and just told to wait with no exact answer. I'm frustrated and angry

I received help today from Simran who quickly organised our equipment service. Very polite and helpful, all sorted out with no issues. Many thanks for your help.

Mark Evans (technician) visited our Care home today and fitted four new units, one on each floor level. The workmanship was perfect, no mess and all the units are up and running in no time. Mark was very pleasant and knowledgeable and gave staff training on how to operate the units. Mark was fully aware of the care home environment regarding the residents.

Andy - the delivery driver is always friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and all done with a smile.
