Very Poor Customer service
No water delivery which was due on the 9th July, account manager by the name of Arlene Darcy not contacting me back regarding complaint, staff refusal to give surname to make official complaints.
Eden springs is a joke, poor customer service and accountability, constantly being put on hold and being given the run around. I will be taking my custom elsewhere and letting everyone hear telephone conversation of staff refusing to give surnames to make official complaints.

Great delivery service
Adam, our water delivery driver, is friendly, efficient and very helpful. On the odd occasion that we have an issue with our dispenser, it can take several days to receive a response to a call-out request and several days again to get an engineer out to us - fortunately, this doesn't happen very often.
