They Lie and cheat. Im not sure I'd trust them or the reviews on their site
If this company feel it necessary to ignore messages and then lie about their T&C's just for a measly bottle of wine their is no way I would trust them with something like designing and refitting my bathroom!! They are totally unreliable.
😡Back in Sept '24 I won 2nd prize in a competition hosted by this company. I messaged them my details presuming as they had gone against FB rules and asked for the comp to be shared and knowing it would go outside their area they would post, it was only a bottle of wine after all. My message was ignored until I pointed out the 'seen symbol' was showing and then I was told it was in their T&Cs it was collection only. I pointed out there were NO T&C's and was told on Oct 15th and I quote "It will be sent by the end of this week. " Well its now Nov 5th and Ive given up, messages once again seen and ignored by this company but I guarantee the minute they see this review there will be a lame excuse. They obviously had no intention of honouring my competition win it was just a ploy to up the likes on their facebook page.
