Can't fault Edenly at all. I live in the UK and was concerned about ordering the size, I emailed them and got a quick reply, I also saw the ring I wanted in the sale and they honoured the price. We have just received our jewellery and it is absolutely beautiful. I have since order more Jewellery.

I discovered Edenly a couple of years ago and I love it so much, I haven’t bought gold jewellery anywhere else since.
I like the understated, refined and unique style of their products. The prices are really competitive, and it is good that must items are available in 9 / 14 / 18 carats gold, allowing for different budgets.
Being a French national living in Scotland , I was looking for a Catholic medal but couldn’t find one anywhere in UK but was able to choose from a wide select at Edenly.
Finally, the customer service is second to none: there were a few issues with my order and the company did their utmost to satisfy my needs. Communication is excellent, customer advisers are very friendly and competent, delivery is fast. I would highly recommend Edenly.

This has been the worse experience and would never recommend anyone to order from here.
I place my order on the 28/11/2024 with expected latest delivery on the 06/12/2024. Never received it and never got anything from Edenly until i contact them on the 07/12/2024. They gave an excuse that order is been delay. after about 5 emails and asking what is going on they finally dispatched on the 19/12/2024 using the worse couriers 'UPS' they have lied about trying to deliver my Christmas present order. How can you use a cheap company that lies to their customer, just check trust pilot for UPS they have a 1 star rating about never delivering orders. its now the 06/01/2025 and still have no order or refund. This is just unbelievable this is how this company treats their customer. DO NOT ORDER FROM EDENLY

Christmas present
I've ordered earrings on 18th of November with delivery date o 4th of December. I thought it's a plenty time for producing or whatever but not for edenly. They changed delivery date twice. Eventually I had to cancel my order on 19th because there was na chance to get it for Christmas. I've got refunded .I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anybody.
