My preorder game arrived bang on time, very happy

I had not used this company before and so went on the Trustpilot ratings and am very pleased I did. The game (Pokemon Arceus) arrived on the day of release and as it was a much anticipated birthday present, this made for a very happy recipient! It was the cheapest price and worked out great. Would happily use Edenstorm again!

Pre ordered a game, was given tracking information and the item turned up exactly when they said.

Absolutely amazing service. So I was sceptical. I had never heard of this site before and was a bit worried to make a purchase but the game I wanted this was the only place selling it. I ordered it. It was a pre release order. It was dispatched as soon as the game was released. It came a couple days later. I also noticed there are other games here that are cheaper here than elsewhere. I will be definitely using this site again. Also the customer service is amazing. The responses are so quick. Quicker than I have experienced elsewhere. Also the app is pretty good and keeps you updated. If you don't want the app that's fine as you get texts and emails with the updates. All and all I'm very pleased with the service and will use again.

Like many, I had never heard of them before, but with their excellent prices it was worth a shot. Customer service is second to none and my game arrived on release day. Will definitely be recommending and using again!

Literally the best company I’ve ever dealt with, I pre ordered a game for my son to come to us on the day of release but we’re let down by Royal Mail surprise, I emailed edenstorm and they replied within minutes and offered as I live close by to hand post one through my door, absolutely amazing so pleased and my son is over the moon with delight. Thank you guys for saving the day excellent service could t recommend you all any higher.

I ordered Pokemon Arceus for my partner just before Christmas. Everywhere else was £49.99, Edenstorm was £39.69. I checked the reviews on here and they all were saying great experiences. Couldn't find them on social media, but took a punt.

I was super wary, but the team were really great, and Pokemon arrived today, release day - fully tracked. Amazing service, can't recommend them enough.

Edenstorm will be my goto from now on.

I never heard of Edenstorm storm thought since it’s trusted gaming site thought to order brilliant diamond shining Pearl double pack on 19th November the 20th it arrived was very pleased I trusted my instincts instead of Argos and game exchange or game and got it for decent price compared to other places and also ordered legends arceous from Edenstorm also Facebook messenger they are helpful also get tracking number order number with purchase confirmation

Amazing, I was looking for a game thar was pretty much out of stock everywhere. Luckily edenstorm had it in stock. There checkout process was so quick and simple and the delivery was so so quick. Wasn’t expecting it to turn up so fast. I highly recommend to anyone. Better than there competitors, I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!

I was worried due to how cheap the price was for just dance 2022. However I was NOT DISAPPOINTED, not only did I get it the next and I didn't pay for next-day delivery, the prices are amazing!! definitely recommend
