Utterly hopeless when it comes to dealing with the situation where the customer has died. Still getting nonsense 18 months later. Following some mistake with billing they cut off the electricity supply - should probably have left it off! One assumes the bill was for a standing charge, and sent to the wron gplace. Now they've asked someone to travel 800 miles turn it back on again at the meter. I don't think so!
