I had an issue that I ended up figuring out myself before being responded to, but I still received a very in depth and detailed response extremely quickly when I had an issue. The responder, David Coen, was also friendly and just all around great.

Great app not really scammer. Poor customers service

Service was prompt, and I could actually follow the directions. All my questions were answered. It might have been the best tech support I have ever received.

Very hard to use app. No idea what's going on. Very easy to put money in but not take off. Why do I need to register to take my deposits out when I already have an account. Can you provide support?

They recommended users their trusted parter CRED EARN, which turned out to be ponzi sceme. Then they refused to take any legal action agains CRED. Users lost $190M+

Then their started to sell users coin/token called m-something. This turned out to be a scam. Again, no action taken. Not sure exactly how much money users lost as you can find different figures around the net.

Now they started to sell any coin that could make them profit. I wonder how many scams are there?

The best is when they write to services like TrustPilot and ask to remove bad reviews (claiming that reviewer is wrong) or ask their emploees to write numerous positve reviews to cover bad ones so the average rating is ok.

I use Edge for holding different cryptos and exchange them easily directly in the app. I also used it to split Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin SV which worked really well.

When I ran into trouble finding some coins from the recent eCash split from Bitcoin Cash I reached out to Edge's customer support, and even if the problem was not at all related to the Edge wallet, I was greeted by really helpful service, assisting me in resolving the issue, quickly and left me with dept of gratitude to the Edge team!

I am unable to transfer funds to my edge wallet and there is no customer support. I have an app on my phone that is useless because unable to transfer funds into the wallet.
Where is the customer support?

Edge is superb- fast customer support that is helpful and wise, privacy, private keys, anonymity, beautiful app, and stupid easy to use. Edge is a gem, highly recommend it! Don't think twice, you will be in great hands- for newbies and advanced investors.

I love this wallet. Firstly it has an incredibly pleasing interface, aesthetically speaking. They have a wide variety of crypto currency types to purchase with good rates and low processing fees. The low exchange fees are also tremendous. Most of all, they far excel in customer service excellence; they take an individualistic approach and I only have/had to correspond with one amazing, always positive and friendly support specialist. The specialist is always ridiculously prompt in responding to my emails; sometimes only a few hours, to a couple of days, and even on weekends. An incredibly sharp contrast indeed to the generally cold & shady crypto app/product environment that throws you to the wolves with a new support person each correspondence; that tend to blame the user for any errors as an excuse to ignore them.
They don't have any sense of blame in their correspondence and take everything I say seriously. Even when I was frustrated and sent a snarky email, my support person remained steadfast in his friendly and attentive demeanor. So I encourage anyone reading this to use this wallet. If there are bugs, well, it's a new app, anything coded will have errors unforseen but the amazing Developers work hard to iron them out, keeping the user in the loop with support status updates. That's the good thing about my experience with them. I have the highest respect and trust their integrity to keep my crypto safe and easy to manage.
