Fake clothes, don’t buy, fake clothes. Can’t get hold of them on any means WhatsApp/phone/email/Facebook the bank won’t do a charge because it’s under £100 so now I’m out of pocket £55 for 2 fake Ralph Lauren T-shirts. They know the banks won’t do charge back on them under £100 so they won’t reply to me as they have the money and know nothing will happen to them.
I won’t just send them back because looking online no one gets a refund.

Wished I had done my research. Even the fake quality is absolutely terrible. My own fault lesson learnt.

I ordered my son two polo shirts for holiday one white one grey received a confirmation they were on way only received one shirt tried to contact company numerous occasions still no reply no tracking details and no answer will not use this company ever again

Only problem I had was they didn't have 1 item in stock but imran was on the case and I got a refund would recommend

They never reply to emails
They never answer the phone.
I ordered 2 denim looking leggings one black and one indigo size 14.
I received my order quite fast to be honest
But it was not my order inside the bag. Instead these imbeciles shipped me out 3 pairs of size 10 jeans.

I emailed to say that they have made a mistake and that I needed to send them back as it's not what I ordered. As a matter of fact the jeans they sent were more expensive than the leggings I ordered.

The received a reply from this Imran Khan saying ''can you keep them and we'll give you 30% off''

I was like no thank you. I'm a size 14 the jeans are a size 10. Are you serious?

They then sent me a prepaid label to return the goods.
I returned the goods. I have proof of shipment.
I emailed them a 100 times asking for my refund and they have not replied.

I call they don't answer.

Nasty people.
I want my money back.
I was honest and returned the wrong items.
I should have just kept them and given them away.

These people are not professionals and they certainly should not be working in a field where customers satisfaction is a priority.

Ordered something from this site, had an email next day saying it has been dispatched, no tracking number to check where my order is, No order delivered as yet 8 days later, sent 3 emails, contacted them 3 times via FB messages and phoned, no response from any of these three ways of contact, I read their feedback which were great, seems they must have wrote them, themselves, can’t cancel my order as paid via my card, so looks like I’ll now be contacting trading standards, I’ve also checked via my card details about claiming my money back.

SCAM website who will rob your money! Still haven’t refunded me for an item I sent back three week ago!!
