VERY POOR SUPPORT, my account was frozen 2 months ago, I provided proof of income,support respond AFTER 2 WEEKS, that my account unlocked,but my edgefi acc still locked, I was not able to withdraw my fund or create vcc,I sent new message to support and AFTER 2 WEEKS they respond again, supp said me that my acc unlocked but he deceived me,again,the same happened again,very poor service, I have never seen such bad support anywhere,I highly do not recommend it

I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR DAYS TO GET MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! NOTHING IS WORKING AND EVERYTHING IS LOCKED! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED!! I NEED MY MONEY

Ok so I waited a week, tracking number never updated.
I wrote a 2 star review here but then deleted it because after informing them that I hadn't received the item, they reissued the parcel. Sounds fair enough except ... Royal Mail just informed me that the first parcel/tracking number was actually never received by them!

Fingers crossed I actually receive the next one but I won't be using them again!

discord webhooks dont work, uber eats rejects their cards... what am I paying monthly for? The "features" dont work and the servers are slow.. Other VCC's that are free and much better unfortunately. Discord webhooks would've been a nice touched if they worked

Edge is worth the price because you get unlimited cards. They work on every website without any issues. I really recommend them.

Edge had been one of the best vcc providers I have ever used. there is multiple out there but for the price and amount of cards you get its a no brainer. Great for any need purchases.

I love using edge for buying shoes on shopify. Their cards are great for checking out multiple pairs without having issues. 5/5 really recommend.

I will no longer be doing business with Edge. I was charged for a month that should’ve been canceled. They told me they could not refund me and did nothing to help. I would recommend using other vcc providers like slash or privacy. Avoid at all costs

Been using Edge since beta. Their 10% cashback and free ACH transfers are as good as they sound. The multiple VCCs and compatibility with Apple and Google Pay are a big plus. However, their 24/7 support is a bit slow, not quite the speed I'd expect. A solid 4 nonetheless

I have been using these bank since day 1. I recommend it to people that need a place to store money or to shop online with safety with their unlimited cards that they offer. The monthly price isn't that bad for unlimited cards and the other features that they offer. This is a legit bank. They have a lot of Pros but they do currently only have 1 con. That con is that you can't withdraw your funds but that is fine for me because my funds usually go to purchases I made. If I could give them a 10/10 star I would.

Easy sign up, got quick approval. The platform is also easy to navigate, didn’t take me long to get used to the tool.

Edge has great features whereas they can make you 10 VCC per day. They have tricks to get your money deposited instantly. And so far are fast with fixing any issues if any on your account. I’d recommend this service to whoever needs plenty of cards and keeps everything nice and simple.

Pretty good price for the amount of vcc that you are able to create. Support resolved my issues when I had any and the instant transfer is really helpful.

Edge doesn’t just do what they claim. They’re constantly looking at feedback to improving the service they provide resulting as a better experience over other options

I have been with edge since they were in beta and they are an amazing company. Always introducing new features, implementing customer feedback, and resolving issues.

I would love to thank the edgefi team for not only an incredible tool but absolutely top notch customer service. They provide a wonderful solution and make very easy to navigate. In my case I provide the lesser fortunate with a means to make online purchases without the need for a physical card. I just want to say thank you for helping me and those whom really need it.

I use Edge for a bunch of sites like Snker Amazon as well as raffles and edge makes it easy to get instant deposit with cashapp incase i need to transfer money minutes before a drop.
