**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Edikted**

I paid for expedited shipping for an order intended for my daughter, with an expected delivery date between October 7–9. It is now October 13 at 9:45 PM, and the package still has not arrived. The delivery date was later updated to October 11, which has also passed.

Because of this delay, my daughter missed out on an entire day of her travel plans while waiting for a package that never arrived. It is incredibly frustrating that she had to put her plans on hold for a delivery that was already past its promised delivery window.

To make matters worse, neither Veho nor Edikted can tell me where the package is or provide a clear answer about its whereabouts.

I paid extra for expedited shipping and did not receive the service I paid for. Not only has this been a waste of money, but it has also cost my daughter valuable time and an experience she cannot get back. The lack of communication, accountability, and resolution from both companies is unacceptable.

Customers should not have to chase down a retailer and its delivery partner for basic information about an order, especially after paying extra for faster shipping. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Edikted or Veho based on how this situation has been handled.

I reached out to tell them I love the brand and they were very kind and answered my emails very quick they also offered for me to be added to there list of people to get products and new releases

I had an issue with my shipping address (my fault)
i emailed customer support and within 10 minutes i had a response. Sarah helped me with my issue and she sorted everything within 20 minutes of my first email.

Horrible experience. Placed an order on the 3rd October, still haven’t received. I was told to wait 11 days, and i have and still waiting for an ‘agent’ to contact me. So far, no order, no refund and no help. Stay way….

They work well even when I messed up my order five times their very adjustable!

I have ordered from edikted many many times and I have never had any issues with my order. I recently ordered a personalized necklace with my name on it. I loved it but the only problem was it started to rust and lose the gold coloring. So I contacted edited to help and ask for some sort of refund that way I could repurchase it. The customer service reached back so quick, and we're so nice about the situation. They gave me my money back and I bought the same necklace again. I was so excited to wear my necklace but when I took it out of the pouch to put it on, it was in 2 pieces.( it broke down the middle). I really just wanted to wear this necklace cause I love It but its becoming to much and all I wanted was a simple necklace.

Retuned an item over 10 days ago , still no update that it’s been recieved or refund given, so had to reach out to them - ai chat bot is supposedly looking into it with an agent….

Madison from customer support was extremely responsive and solved my problem right away. They were very friendly and understanding and I am extremely happy with the outcome.

My order came with literal bedbugs in the clothing and it was incredibly disgusting. I reached out and nothing has came of it yet. Idk if it was the shipping company or them but it’s gross and just the fact nobody has reached back out to fix it despite numerous messages is a bit ridiculous.

they had sent me a similar, but wrong item n they exchanged it w no worry! would def recommend shopping from here! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I love there clothes and everything about edikted it makes me so happy to buy a new pair of clothes from here and get them to my door so fast when I needed help figuring out where to find the updates on my new clothes that I ordered they helped me right away and made sure I understood everything and that I wouldn’t have anymore problems they are such a helpful group of workers and no matter what they will make sure your question or concern or problem is fixed just overall you should definitely come to this store thank you so much edikted I hope you guys find this helpful bye!
