NOT A REAL COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER!!!
Please read the reviews, i order 2 pairs of trainers and completely fake and was told to return to China. Of course I did and didn't reach their destination. The phone number doesn't work on their website and been emailing them since April and no proper response. I will keep posting a bad review everyday until someone in their customer services comes back to me and refund me as out of pocket not only on the product, but the shipping charges back to China. I suggest someone replies to my emails if you want this to stop. I will do everything I can to shut your company down as absolute disgrace!

These guys are frauds based in China pretending to be a UK based company. Do not buy anything from here.

They advertise a false address in London and are not registered in the UK. The companies at the address they pretend to have in Covent Garden said to please report them to Action Fraud 0300 123 2040 because they do not want people falsely using their address. They are impossibly obstructive about a refund demanding, after delaying with emails as long as possible, that the customer send the product at their own expense to an address in China, with no guarantee that it even exists. The Easy Refund they advertise, letting customers believe it is to a London address, is false advertising. It is a pity that Trustpilot does not have a zero star or a minus stars option as one star is an insult to legitimate one star companies.

I've received faulty trainers which I wanted to return. I was told their quality department assessed that there was nothing wrong with the trainers even though there was an obvious fault and if I wanted to return them I'd need to cover the cost of sending them back to China. Awful customer service and overall experience.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Ordered a paid of Hoka’s and then read reviews on this site. Cancelled my order after 10 minutes. Was told I would be charged a 10% fee. Usual cat and mouse E-mail game and guess what…NO REFUND! Went through my bank to get full refund. DO NOT USE……..SCAMMERS

So after my 14 year old son buying a FAKE pair of trainers (using his birthday money) from this site and sending them back, to contacting his bank for help.
He’s lost not only the £70 for the fake trainers but now £25 on sending them back to China!! Quite well knowing that the bogus company wouldn’t accept them back!!!!
DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THIS COMPANY!
It makes me laugh that they get 5 excellent reviews in a row!!! Obviously fake reviews!!!

Ordered two pairs of what I thought were Hoka branded running shoes. Arrived after ten days and several emails. Absolute fakes and poor quality fakes with an aweful chemical smell. Company stated they make it clear they are "high quality copies." Refund only possible if you return the products, (which means you won't get a refund!) Have advised my credit card operator. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Do not buy from site took 2 weeks to arrive ordered size up & trainers still too small. No clear return policy took 3 days to get an answer & was told I would need to return to china at my own cost. Trainers look fake & quality poor rip off

Absolute crap!

If I could rate them Zero I would. They are a scam and had I have researched them better I would have realized. Just look at their range of products, I'm certain had I ever got my products they would have been fake rip offs now that I’ve researched them.

This company poses to be a UK company listing a London address but in fact they ship their products from China and your order takes 3weeks+ to get to you if in fact it ever arrives like mine. They create your shipping label right after your order so you think it will be with you within the usual UK time of about 2-3days. 5 days later your order hasn't even left their warehouse. I emailed multiple times asking what was happening with my order they then confessed it was coming from China due to "Stock issues" here in the UK. I asked to cancel at this time and issue a refund due to their lateness. I was traveling and would no longer be at the address I provided seeing as they still hadn't left China at that point, I thought this wouldn't be a problem. It was crickets from there. Once I asked for that refund I never heard again. I followed up multiple times and nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY spare yourself the pain. I had to file a claim with my bank as the goods never got to me and while my bank were great it took effort and time that was so unnecessary had this company been legit.

As with everyone else here I paid then read the reviews, I emailed them 2 hours after the order but they state they have already been shipped. The shoes are Fake Hoka Copies, do not buy!!!

I ordered some trainers thinking the company was located in London, after a week of waiting no trainers , so I did some checking the company is in China , I still haven’t received the goods after waiting 3 weeks

Hope you are reading reviews before you order, and not after, as I did. After a delay I have actually received some trainers, unfortunately they are 100% fake. They look like cheap trainers, have the incorrect manufacturing code on the box and smell awful. If I wish to return the fakes (which I would have to pay for) they have given me a return address in China!

Emailed back and forth and nothing, refusing to refund for shoes that never show up, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Shoes are fakes and service is shocking.

I've bought a pair of shoes from this company.
I was suspicious and went to their office in 71-75 Shelton Street Covent Garden, London, WC2H9JQ, United Kingdom. The consierge there told me that no company with that name was based there.
I've checked with company house and found Edilyo isn't registered with them.
I've also noticed that the money i sent went to another company called Gloryo.
I've stopped my card, reported the company to my bank but I thought to let you know so to protect other potential victims.

Before ordering check delivery times.My item was ordered 21st June
Still hasn't arrived (30/6/23)
Then saw it could take upto 21days😤
My fault for not reading the delivery times.
Be aware that this company ships from China
And you have to pay for returns
