I ordered four lamps in September. I haven't received any shipping confirmation. I received one lamp a few days ago. The box was damaged, but apparently the lamp itself wasn't damaged. I've tried contacting them twice with no response. I'm not sure I'll receive the remaining three lamps. Terrible customer service. No response from them so far.
I bought 2 lamps in august, I’m still waiting one of them, no answer to my mails requesting information about sending the lamp or returning the money… more than 2 months sending mails every week…
I ordered a lamp (Fatboy like) the 10th of June and I’m still waiting to receive the product. Wrote multiple times to the Company and they responded only once to gave me the Mondial Relay tracking number. Unfortunately the shipment is not moving and is stuck at the agency where it was delivered by Edisonlamp. I tried to contact Mondial Relay with no response. Same with Edisonlamp. Stay away, they are nor reliable nor serious.

Your order has been fully refunded, and we have switched to a new shipping partner to ensure better service moving forward.

From the tracking, the order seems shipped but stuck somewhere.. I sent an e-mail to the support and I'm waiting reply.
EDIT: EdisonLamps answers me with another product or a refund. I choose the refund and receive it in 2 days. Probably there's a problem with the shipping but the company is ok.
