I am an American academic who is beginning to conduct research in Edinburgh and I will never rent in any other way other than Edlets from now on! Renting sight unseen from abroad can be risky… But with their excellent communication and homeowner vetting process, I felt 100% comfortable. One evening, I sent out about eight inquiries. I was delighted the next day to receive an actual phone call from a human to discuss what I was looking for and see if i had more questions. They also noticed what the inquiry properties had in common, and sent me more listings! They then kept me up-to-date on my two favorites and I ended up with the best choice out of all of them! From the time I started looking, it was less than two weeks before I had a flat confirmed for this summer! Thank you, Edlets!

Excellent service from Edlets - I was looking for a short term let (3 weeks) whilst moving home. Within a couple of hours of contacting Edlets I received offers of accommodation. Brilliant!!

imagine being an Edinburgh lettings company who had fringe accommodation bookings for last year and wouldn’t budge on returning the £500 deposit as it was ‘non refundable’ even though plenty other companies did cause PANDEMIC
