Having looked at several housing developments in our quest to find a new home, both my wife and myself were very pleased to find Astley Place. It met all our lifestyle criteria for finding a new home and the properties are being built to a high specification.
The process of deciding which house would be best for us and the location on the site was sympathetically and professionally managed by Clare. It made the whole experience less daunting.

Since we first made enquiries regarding the new build properties in Newmarket Clare Canning has been able to answer our questions promptly and professionally. Everyone on the launch day was helpful and knowledgeable , the service given was the best we have been afforded in our search for our new home. Clare has arranged two viewings for us to view our build so far, interrupting site managers etc but this has been done in a friendly approachable way without any hesitation or negativity. We would definitely recommend visiting this site and viewing the lovely homes being built.
